Vehicle Tracking & V5 Management Update

This release introduces new features to enhance vehicle management and tracking capabilities.

New Features:

• Enhanced Vehicle Location Tracking: We’ve added the ability to track the precise physical location of vehicles, differentiating between:

  • Onsite Location: Track vehicles by department within your dealership.
  • Offsite Location: Record the supplier or external location where a vehicle is currently situated.

• V5 Document Management: You can now manage and track the V5C (Vehicle Registration Certificate) status for each vehicle. Features include:

  • Record the V5C document number for easy reference.
  • Track the status of the V5C (e.g., “Present,” “Missing,” “Applied For”).

These new features provide a more comprehensive overview of your vehicles, enabling improved logistics, compliance, and overall management.
