January 2026 Updates

Overview:

This release focuses on performance, reliability, and quality-of-life improvements across the app, along with a few new features to streamline workflows and enhance security.

Thank you to all the dealers using and testing our new DMS system.

Changes:

• Dark Mode: Full app-wide dark theme with automatic system detection and a manual toggle in Settings > Appearance.
• Global Search on Mobile: Quickly find deals, contacts, invoices, and activities from a single search bar with recent history and type-ahead suggestions.
• Deals Report: New report available under Insights > Reports > Deals.
• Payments View: New centralised Payments screen to see all pending and received payments. Mark payments as received; related deals and invoices are automatically updated.
• Invoices: Better handling of terms & conditions and customer signatures.
• Enquiry Inbox: You can now receive customer enquiries using an @automotive.app email address created just for you (click here to see)
• Image Editor: Edit your vehicle images directly within Composer DMS, add your logo, add ulez, warranty and many other stickers - Simply press the pencil icon on your images in your vehicle screen
