Add vehicle to system

1. Open Stock List

From the menu choose Stock > Inventory to go to your stock list

2. Click Add Vehicle

Once on your stock list, click the ‘Add Vehicle’ button

3. Enter Registration

Enter your vehicle registration on this screen

4. Press Find Vehicle

Once the registration has been entered, click find vehicle button

5. Add Vehicle

The system will look-up the vehicle using the provided registration, if the correct vehicle is returned, click the add vehicle button

6. Choose Location

If you have multiple locations, choose the correct location for this vehicle

7. Enter mileage

Enter vehicle mileage

8. Pricing

Click the pricing tab to open up the pricing details for this vehicle

9. Enter Pricing

Enter the retail price for this vehicle

• If you are an AutoTrader dealer you will see the AutoTrader valuation for the vehicle on this screen too
• If you have CAP enabled you can generate a CAP valuation on this screen

10. Choose VAT

Choose the correct VAT status for this vehicle

11. Technical Details

Clicking on the technical tab will show you the technical details of the vehicle, including road tax and emissions class

12. Specifications

This tab will show you all the standard and optional specs for the vehicle, you can also add in the attention grabber and sales pitch here

• Check the list of specifications and click ‘Display’ on any optional specifications this vehicle has
• Standard specifications will be pre-selected

13. Use AI generated sales pitch

Click the ‘AI Sales Pitch’ button to use AI to generate a sales pitch for the vehicle

14. Click ‘Generate’

You will notice the prompt is pre-populated (you can change or add to this), simply click ‘Generate’ to generate a sales pitch

15. Add sales pitch to vehicle

Once the sales pitch has been generated, you can add this to the vehicle, once added to the vehicle you can make edits to the text

16. Condition & History

This tab will show you the condition of the vehicle along with MOT details

17. Create Vehicle

Once all the information has been populated, click the create button to create the vehicle record on the system
